Elegance Beauty Salon has been based in Cambridge for over 20 years.
Salon owner Kerry Asby brought the salon back in 2006 and has taken the salon from strength to strength. The salon offers world luxury brands and treatments at affordable prices. The salon has a small and friendly team offering clients new and old a very private personal experience. With highly qualified therapists your treatment will be to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on our customer service and high standards. With a fantastic reputation in Cambridge for our services we are a very busy salon. We do recommend that you book treatments in advanced as it can be difficult to book in for an appointment. Elegance Beauty Salon is not only a beautiful beauty salon, based on the first floor is The Elegance Hair Spa opened in February 2009 the Hair Spa has a loyal clientele base offering affordable luxury hair care with fantastic promotions.
Lucy Doran is the Salon's Creative Director and the driving force behind the success of the hair spa. Rewarding our clients for their loyalty we run a loyalty reward scheme every time you visit the salon, introduce a friend and we will reward you too!

POLICY /spa policy
Booking
You can book your appointments at Elegance Beauty Salon through reception on 01223 362 689 we do advise that you book your appointments in advanced as the salon tends to be fully booked most days.
Cancellation Policy
At Elegance Beauty Salon we do have a cancellation policy in place, for all appointments cancelled within a 48hr period a cancellation charge of 50% will be made, so please ensure that you cancel outside of 48hrs to avoid being charged.
Gift Policy
All gift vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months we are unable to except vouchers that are out of date as our system will not except the voucher.
Spa Etiquette
At Elegance Beauty Salon we do ask that clients be considerate of other clients and that you switch mobile phones off, we also ask that you arrive 10mins prior to your appointment to fill out a consultation form.
If you are running late please contact the salon on 01223 362 689 to make the therapist aware that you are on route, if you are late for your appointment you treatment will be adjusted accordingly.

Skin should be free from self tan, perfume, deodorant and aromatherapy oils
Waxing or shaving should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the treatment
The evening or morning before your treatment, exfoliate your entire body with St. Tropez Body Polish. Pay special attention to dry areas of your body such as hands, elbows, knees and feet
Wear dark, loose fitting clothing with dark coloured underwear. The guide colour may stain light hair, man-made fibres and wool
We recommend you have a patch test prior to every treatment
After treatment advice:
Do not shower or bathe for a minimum of 4 hours after your treatment
Do not participate in any activity which may cause perspiration for at least 12 hours after the treatment
The guide colour can be left on overnight although it may transfer onto bed linen. It will wash out of cotton, but not so easily from man-made fibres or wool

Page 22 L.C.N Nail Extensions
Our most popular treatment in the salon is LCN Gel Extension, it is the worlds class standard in gel. LCN Gel is extremely flexible, they feel light on the nails, and because it can bend with the natural nail, clients are able to go up to four to six weeks between visiting the salon for a rebalance, giving you greater flexibility.
Our LCN nail extensions are non-porous and will not damage or discolour the natural nail we do not use any aggressive primers or activators which can be found in some nail extensions systems.
