What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.You can manage all our online bookings via our app giving you the flexibility to reschedule or cancel. We do have a cancellation policy, all appointments booked online require a deposit, if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment your deposit will be lost, if you cancel less then 24hrs or do not show up on the day of your appointment then you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Cancellation policy: We ask clients to give at least 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment, all appointments cancelled or missed within our 24hrs notice will be charged the full amount of the treatment cost. Please note that all online bookings will be charged in full if missed or cancelled on the day. To avoid being charged please ensure you cancel or rearrange within 24hrs notice.
