We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.You can manage all our online bookings via our app giving you the flexibility to reschedule or cancel. We do have a cancellation policy, all appointments booked online require a deposit, if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your total booking to the card you pay your online deposit with, if you cancel less then 24hrs or do not show up on the day of your appointment then you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
